Face the fact that your creative commons does not protect you against anything.
Names such as "Trish the Dish" are to be trademarked NOT copyrighted (you may want to take a look at the terms of the CC)
Secondly, as I said provide some proof, get yourself a lawyer,be a WOMAN and step up or shut up.
Your blogs have been, are and will continue to be bland and valueless to me.

Again, Crazy, you keep coming to my site. This shows that my blog is of some interest to your mentally retarded, sexually abused, distorted reality self. I will NEVER apologize to you. I am not your father, or whoever touched you as a child. I do not NEED to apologize to you. The only reason that you are a victim here is because you choose to be one.
Maybe I don't have any grounds for the CC, but that was so last minute. The new issue is seeing how spun up I can get you. You are classic. Once I found out how young you were, I did feel sorry for you, but now I don't. You are an adult, so suck it up. You have made a simple email into a life-or-death situation, as I'm sure you do with every situation. You are the saddest kind of person, and my sadistic side wants you to keep coming back so that I can make fun of you and play you like a marionette.
Finally, I am not stalking you. If anything, you are stalking me. I have been to your site once, and I'm pretty sure you are on mine whenever possible.

Well, if the girl who was molested can't take the heat, she should get out of the fire. And another thing, what person in thier right mind would tell a bunch of strangers over the net that she was molested as a child? That's something that you may want to keep to yourself, or tell the PROPER authorities. You are just inviting yourself to get heckled. I don't mean to sound this way, but use your brain young one.
I'm not sure what the first two anonymous comments mean, but the last one makes sense.
