I [heart] Korea
I'm not dead. Y'know... in case you're wondering. Been in and out of Korea for the past few weeks. If you've emailed, gmailed, PM'd, or pictochatted me in the last 2 months and I haven't replied, please accept my sincerest apologies. As penance, I offer you a few photos from my recent travels:
I heard from an old friend last week. One who saved my ass a few times back on the Vinson. I'd thought she was out of the Navy but I was mistaken. Not only that, but she's applying for orders to (get this) NSWDG, which increased the probability of me going exponentially, considering I'd already have a friend there. The Navy really is a small organization. I run into people I've served with before constantly. Makes me wonder though, if I stay Navy long enough, how long it'll be b'fore I'll run into someone I don't wanna see again.
FYI: I'm coming to a town near you (read: Stateside) from late May to Mid-June, so plan accordingly.
