May's back with a vengeance it seems.
For the last few months the shot-callers around here had been tossing around the idea of killing the trusted domain we had set up on our shipboard LANs to make one domain, thereby simplifying a number of things, administration-wise. Well, as things often do around here, it finally came down the pipe... and we were so not ready for it.
It was a setup was doomed to failure from the beginning, really.
Hours and hours of fruitless trouble-shooting led to us having more work to do than we had before the shit even started. On top of our normal duties, we're now doing the work of the Admiral's deadbeat IT's. It rules.
